TERMS:
Complete payment day of sale: cash or approved check. No property
removed until fully settled for. After the auctioneer has sold a piece
of equipment, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All
equipment is sold as is and where is. Any announcements made day of sale
take precedence over printed material.
NOTE: The information contained in this brochure/listing is
subject to inspection and verification by all parties relying on it. No
liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the
